This privacy policy explains how Page & Page Consultants (UK) Limited (also known as Page & Page Health), referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “Page & Page”, uses and protects your personal data.

This privacy policy gives you information about how Page & Page collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website or when you otherwise deal with us as a client or supplier, including any data you may provide when you register with us, purchase a product or service, contact us or enter a survey.
Page & Page Consultants (UK) Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 08752990. Our registered office is The Old Rectory, Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8DE.
We will be the controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018 when you use this website, purchase a service from us or deal with us as a supplier. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under certificate number ZB651469.

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
2. The types of personal data we collect about you

analytics providers such as Google, Dataiku, OpenAI and Microsoft Power BI, which may be based outside the UK;
advertising networks such as the Bloc, based in New York outside the UK; and
search information providers such as Angsana Business Consulting Ltd, based inside the UK.
Contact Data is collected from providers of technical services such as Roadmap IT, based inside the UK, and Alpha Alias, based in Finland.
Identity and Contact Data is collected from publicly available sources such as Companies House and Experian, based inside the UK.
4. How we use your personal data
Our legal bases for processing personal data
The law requires us to have a legal basis for collecting and using your personal data. We rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

Direct marketing
You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us and have not opted out of receiving marketing.
We may analyse your Identity, Contact, Usage and Profile Data to form a view of which products, services and offers may interest you, so that we can send you relevant marketing communications.
Third-party marketing
We will obtain your express consent before sharing your personal data with any third party for its own direct marketing purposes.
Opting out of marketing
You can ask us to stop sending marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out links in any marketing communication or by contacting us using the details in paragraph 10.
If you opt out of marketing, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or client-service purposes, such as appointment reminders, updates to our terms and checks that your contact details are correct.

5. Who will your data be shared with?
We may share your personal data with third parties to carry out your requests, respond to enquiries, fulfil orders or make other features and services available through our website. Service providers that perform functions on our behalf include:
Roadmap IT, which provides IT management services and is based in the UK; and
Alpha Alias, which provides software development support and is based in Finland.
We may also share your personal data where necessary with third parties to whom we may sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire or merge with other businesses. If our business changes, the new owners may use your personal data as set out in this privacy policy.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow third-party service providers to use your data for their own purposes and permit them to process it only for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
6. International transfers
We may transfer your personal data to service providers that carry out functions on our behalf. This may involve transfers outside the UK to countries whose laws do not provide the same level of data protection as UK law.

8. Data retention
How long will you use my personal data for?
We will retain your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain it for longer in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation concerning our relationship.
To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider:

In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you. We may then use it indefinitely for research or statistical purposes without further notice.
9. Your legal rights
You have a number of rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data.
Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data, commonly known as a subject access request. This enables you to receive a copy of the data we hold about you and check that we are lawfully processing it.
Right of rectification: You may request correction of personal data that we hold about you. We may need to verify the accuracy of any new data you provide.
Right to be forgotten: In certain circumstances, you can ask us to erase the data we hold about you, including where there is no good reason for continued processing, you have successfully objected, the data was processed unlawfully or erasure is required by law. Right to object to processing: You may object where we rely on our legitimate interests, or those of a third party, as the legal basis for using your data, including profiling. In some cases we may demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your objection.
Right of portability: You may ask us to transfer your personal data to you or a third party in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. This applies only to automated information that you provided and which we use with your consent or to perform a contract.
Right to object to direct marketing: You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. See ‘Opting out of marketing’ in paragraph 4.
Right to object to automated processing, including profiling: You also have the right not to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to process your data. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to provide certain products or services and will advise you if this is the case.
Right to request restriction of processing
You may ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in any of the following circumstances:
you want us to establish the data’s accuracy;
our use of the data is unlawful, but you do not want us to erase it;
you need us to retain the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, even though we no longer require it; or

No fee usually required
You will not usually have to pay a fee to access your personal data or exercise your other rights. We may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, or we may refuse to comply.
What we may need from you
We may request specific information to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data or exercise your other rights. This protects personal data from disclosure to anyone without a right to receive it. We may also ask for further information to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. It may take longer if a request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. If so, we will notify you and keep you updated.
