Erica Henninger, a highly respected senior executive with deep expertise in global client leadership, is set to drive client engagement and business growth, with extensive experience holding senior roles within the healthcare creative and advertising sector, including Global Practice Lead (Advertising) for Real Chemistry, SVP Global Business Lead for MRM, Managing Partner for RAPP and a number of other high profile positions within the Healthcare Advertising space. Andrew Durkan, with his extensive experience and a proven track record of creative excellence throughout his 25+ years career, is poised to lead the agency’s creative efforts to new heights. Having held senior creative director roles at agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, The Tribe, FP7 McCann and Havas Life Medicom, Andrew will provide creative leadership across the agency’s accounts. His ambitions are very straightforward: I’m here to do two things – to help the agency produce world-class creative work that is the most effective work our clients have ever had, and to give our creative team, particularly the younger ones, the same level of mentorship and belief in the idea that everything is possible, that I was fortunate to receive early in my career.

Paul Sarjeant, an industry pioneer with a strong focus on digital transformation, will lead the agency’s product and innovation initiatives, ensuring that Page & Page remains at the forefront of cutting-edge healthcare communications. Most recently he spent 8 years as a digital leader at GSK, one of the most prestigious biopharma companies, using data to drive business impact and top-line growth at scale, and is a very respected figure within the healthcare sector.
